remove, solubilise and suspend Organic Soiling.

CIP CLEANING OF MILK VESSELS AND PIPEWORK:
Use up 0.25% - 0.3% NaOH and heat to 75oC. Circulate through pipe work or via CIP spray balls for 10-20 minutes. Rinse with cold
water. Treat equipment with Acidic Cleaner or Sanitiser as required.
CIP CLEANING OF PASTEURISING PLANTS:
Use up 0.6% - 2% NaOH. Circulate and heat to 80oC allowing 15-30 minutes contact. Rinse with cold water and Acid treat
or Sanitiser as required.
Or use up 2% NaOH at 90oC. Circulate for 15-20 minutes. . Rinse with cold water and Acid treat or Sanitiser as required.
