Scalex is a liquid, all purpose Phosphoric Acid cleaner additive in colorless liquid.
Scalex is able to remove lime, scale and food film stainless steel, aluminium, ceramic, glass, plastic and
cement. Excellent for removing lime and scale from dish machines, coffee urns, steam tables, drinking
fountains, nursing bottles, animal cages and dairy processing equipment.
Scalex rapidly removes cement and mortar stains easily and safely without the pungent fumes normally
associated with normal cement removers.

Spray Scalex onto metallic surfaces in the dish-machine. Leave for 2-3 minutes. Circulate for 5 minutes. Rinse clean.
For Removing Cement Stain:
Dilute up to 1:5 with water, flush area with solution, then leave for 5 minutes, then rinse and clean.
