Astro-Lube does not form insolube precipitates with hard water. A water softener is therefore not required.
Astro-Lube is a three in one system. It provides good lubricity, cleaning and biocidal effectiveness.
When use it at the recommended concentration, Astro-Lube produces foam that is not excessive and is held on the conveyor
for long periods of time.

Astro-Lube should be applied to conveyors through central control on a distribution network at concentrations from 1:500 to
1:700 depending on conveyor speeds and soil loading.
NOTE: It is very important to rinse pipe work and jets thoroughly with fresh water to remove the old lubricant prior to the first time
use of Astro-Lube.
